We invite you to use Katarzyna’s meditation with Konrad’s hanga sounds

Safety considerations:

Spine work meditation is a unique meditation and is recommended a maximum of once a month.

The use of meditation in pregnant women is discouraged.

After meditation, drink small sips of water to take care of the flushing of what you have been working on.

I recommend that you use up to one meditation a day.

Please remember, meditation is a complement to your work with a doctor.
